A Wonderful Book
August 7, 2019: This book is quite wonderful. Packed full of information about Jewish Meditation, it is well written and clearly organized. That's important given the topic being written about. It also gives not just intellectual knowledge but most importantly, practical applications. I highly recommend this for anyone interested in Jewish Meditation.

An IMPORTANT book, and a must have for every serious student of Kabbalah
August 25, 2018: I carry this book with me everywhere I go. It is a masterpiece. Reb Rubin is not an academic, nor is he merely a student of the mekubalim. He is a real, live, mekubal. And what a mekubal he is! I have NEVER been so impressed by a modern book on mediative Kabbalah. Nor have i learned as much from any other book, save the Tanakh. I have read it through 4 or 5 times and every time, new depths of understanding are revealed. I have therefore begun to MEMORIZE it. THAT is how WONDERFUL it is. I love this book and cannot overemphasize its importance and profundity. I wholeheartedly urge all those with an interest in coming closer to Hashem to buy this fine book.
